Objectives: Autosomal Dominant Hypocalcaemia (ADH) is due to gain-of-function mutations of the CASR resulting in constitutive activation of the GPCR Calcium Sensing Receptor (CaSR) leading to hypercalciuric hypocalcaemia, hypoparathyroidism and occasionally Bartter syndrome type V.
